On all products sold on this website, the following text can be found as part of a copyright notice: "Photocopies allowed only when a legal copy of this music is owned."

This means that in order to perform, practise, rehearse, or photocopy any product published by Owen Orchestration you must have first purchased that same product directly from our website or from legitimate pages hosted on other websites such as Sheet Music Plus, hence creating a 'legal copy'.

Do not pass music from musician to musician or from group to group, nor keep photocopied music having returned the original copy, as those actions contravene copyright regulations, which are in place to protect the value of a composer's, arranger's, or orchestrator's work.

Breaching copyright ultimately raises the cost of music for ensembles as music creators have to factor in a certain percentage of profit reduction through theft. If you are keen to keep prices low and keen to inspire music creators to continue creating, then please refrain from breaching copyright.

Thank you.
